
A schedule has been set in court proceedings for the so-called Rockfish 15, according to federal records.
The proposed arraignment and trial date for the police corruption case is scheduled for the court's July 7 term.
Between that the parties are ordered to conduct a pre-trial conference on or before May 22 and all pre-trial motions are to be filed no later than June 5 and all responses to those motions are to be filed no later than June 22.
Meanwhile, the orders for the pre-trial release for Crystal Pierce and Tosha Dailey have been filed into the federal court record.
Both women were ordered into home incarceration, with Pierce on 24-hour-day lockdown except for medical necessities and court activities approved by the court and in the presence of either her mother or aunt. She may make pre-approved visits to her counsel.
Dailey was ordered into home incarceration in the presence of one or both parents. The court approves of any attorney visits that are pre-approved by the United States Probation Office.
